Private Yoga Lessons
Working with clients on everything from strength and conditioning to finding breath and balance. Often, our private yoga work leads into an exploration of yoga therapy as well.

Small Group Yoga Classes
When people are curious about yoga, and perhaps nervous to go into a studio. An opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, while personalizing your physical and time needs.
