At CSM Integrative Yoga Therapy, individual and small group yoga classes allow practitioners to explore, experiment, and grow.  We can address all layers of the self instead of just the physical body.

If you’re curious about how yoga can benefit you or are looking to deepen your practice in an individualized way, it’s great to start with a conversation. We discuss what your goals are and how a yoga practice can assist you on your journey to wellness.

Private Yoga Lessons

Working with clients on everything from strength and conditioning to finding breath and balance. Often, our private yoga work leads into an exploration of yoga therapy as well.

  • We explore what inspires and motivates you and how a more tailored yoga practice can support that.

  • It can be a challenge to get to the right studio/class within your week. We give you the opportunity to make your practice work within your busy schedule.

  • Offered in-person, by telehealth, or a combination of the two to suit your individual needs

Small Group Yoga Classes

When people are curious about yoga, and perhaps nervous to go into a studio. An opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, while personalizing your physical and time needs.

  • Gather 3-5 people interested in deepening or beginning their yoga practice.

    We explore what inspires and motivates you and how a more tailored yoga practice can support that.

  • It can be a challenge to get everyone to the same studio/class. We give you the opportunity to make your practice work within your busy schedule.

  • Offered in-person, by telehealth, or a combination of the two to suit your individual needs

  • I have had the pleasure of practicing yoga with Christyn for over 10 years, including throughout the COVID 19 lockdown via Zoom. Christyn brings so much joy, intelligence, warmth and knowledge of how to work with the body to each class.

  • As an older practitioner, I've discovered that yoga under Christyn’s guidance is much more than just a fitness routine; it's a vital practice for maintaining and enhancing anatomical health and mobility. Prior to starting yoga, I noticed a decline in my flexibility, muscle strength, and joint stability—common issues that come with aging. Yoga, however, has offered me an effective solution to these challenges.

  • I met Christyn when I was 9 years old and I was immediately drawn to Christyn’s magnetic and effervescent energy. I attended her weekly yoga classes and her class was often the highlight of my week. Years later, due to Christyn’s impact on my life, I chose to pursue my 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training and have been teaching yoga ever since.

  • Even through the COVID Zoom classes, two times a week, she brought a sense of calm and energy to her classes that make, for me, the time spent with her, a special hour. All of the classes I have taken with Christyn have been tailored to what the participants need and to their skill level. When there is a wide disparity of capability levels, she is able to reach a level where we are all challenged but with alternatives for those less strong and/or flexible.
