CSM Integrative Yoga Therapy
Every challenge we face is multifaceted. It impacts our minds, our bodies, and how we connect with others and the world around us.
Yoga therapy addresses the whole of a person and the way the world impacts their well-being. No part of us functions independently of the others, rather they combine to create the unique expression who we are.
Yoga therapy helps to solve the puzzle of what causes suffering while building upon a person's strengths. Through the combination of traditional yoga practices and modern evidence-based treatments, an individual can experience treatment that can lead to a life of meaning, well-being, and self-actualization.

Bella (currently 25yrs old)
“I met Christyn when I was 9 years old and I was immediately drawn to Christyn’s magnetic and effervescent energy. A few years later, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, which had implications on both my physical and mental health. Christyn became a healer for me in both respects—providing tailored yoga sequences to reduce the curvature in my spine while also helping me to feel more secure in my body.”
George, 77yr old
“Through weekly sessions with Christyn I have learned to use some combination of body and mind to recapture that favorable balance. Now that I have experienced the soothing of yoga and her gentle musical voice, I only regret failing to embrace these when I was much younger. Regardless of when you experience Christyn’s style, craft, and personal attention, you are also destined to learn more about yourself and those elements that make you distinct.”
Yoga therapy is for all ages and stages of life.
Christyn has had the unique experience of working with a wonderful range people, both those newer to this world and those transitioning toward the later years of their lives.
